Please read these terms carefully before booking your ferry services.
Reservations
Once a client requests a ferry booking, we verify seat availability with the vessel operators before finalizing.
Payments
- 100% advance deposit is required once availability is confirmed.
Payment Methods
- Bank transfer / deposit.
- Online payment via major credit cards.
Confirmation Details
To confirm booking and issue tickets, the following details are required:
- Full name of each passenger.
- Age.
- Nationality.
- Passport or National ID number.
- Origin hotel.
- Destination hotel.
Luggage Allowance
- Each passenger may bring 1 large suitcase of up to 20 kg (44 lbs) and 1 backpack/carry-on of up to 5 kg (11 lbs).
- Excess or oversized luggage will incur an additional fee at the dock ($10 to $15 USD depending on size and weight) payable on the day of departure.

Please ensure your clocks and devices are set to Galapagos Time (UTC -6).
Travel & Accident Insurance
Passengers are required to have their own travel insurance covering luggage, accidents, and medical emergencies. Ferry Galapagos UK is not liable for loss, theft, or damage occurring during travel.
Cancellation Policies
Cancellations must be requested via email:
- 36% of the deposit is non-refundable upon booking.
- 50% of the deposit is non-refundable between 15 and 5 days prior to departure.
- 100% of the deposit is non-refundable within 4 days or less prior to departure.
- In case of positive COVID-19 or illness, the same cancellation policies apply.
Date or Route Changes
Requests for date or route changes must be made at least 3 days in advance; after that timeframe, changes cannot be made and no refunds apply.
For groups larger than 8 passengers, date, route, or schedule change requests must be submitted at least 20 days in advance.
Important Notes:
- Itineraries and departure times are subject to change due to weather conditions, force majeure, or orders from the Galapagos National Park Directorate. Passenger safety is always the highest priority.
- All activities undertaken by passengers are under their own responsibility.
